We are getting older and no longer feel safe climbing ladders to wash our upstairs windows. So, we hired Window-Worx, LLC to wash all the windows on the outside of our house in West Des Moines, about 20 windows on 3 levels. We were kept fully informed on schedule and our time requirements were fully accommodated by the proprietor, Jim Strauss. They did an excellent job and were easy to work with. We were pleasantly surprised by the low cost and will continue to use Window-Worx on a regular basis.
